We understand that travel plans can change. Please review our policy below:

Cancellations

• More than 14 days before arrival: A 50% cancellation fee applies (we retain the deposit).

• 14 days or less before arrival: A 100% cancellation fee applies (no refund).

No-Shows

• Guests who do not arrive without notice will be charged 100% of the booking.

Refunds

• Where applicable, refunds are processed to the original payment method used at booking.

• Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Bookings

• From time to time, the Kongakava may offer special rates or promotions that are clearly marked as non-refundable. These cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
